New type of slow juicer using big 7.5 cm diameter size feeding tube and juicing screw. The slow juicer gives a better quality of juice because it dont oxidate and heat up the juice during the juicing process. The ReBoot master 6000 operates at only 60 rpm. Blenders and centrifugal juicers operate at 5000-20000 rpm.
The big feeding tube and bigger juicing screw makes juicing about 2-3 times faster than juicing with traditional vertical slow juicers using 3-4 cm oval shaped feeding tube and about 4-5 times faster than horizontal slow juicers. The lack of oxidation in the juice compared to blenders and centrifugal juicers preserve the enzymes and nutrients in the juice and the juice will last up to 72 hours in the refrigerator instead of 24 hours for juice from blenders and centrifugal juicers. The juice yield of the slow juicer is also higher and the pulp coming out of the pulp outlet is very dry. This machine uses a special high strength plastic material Ultem plastic for the strainer and the juicing screw. The Ultem type plastic is 8 times stronger than normal plastic and ensures the durability of the juicer even when used on a daily basis. The motor used is a brushless AC induction type motor. This ensures very quiet operation at constant RPM. Beetroot and carrot will not slow down the speed of this motor.
Cheaper slow juicers all use:
A) normal type plastic for the screw and strainer which is not durable as those 2 parts is put under a lot of strain when juicing hard produce
B) light weight brush type motor which is not as quiet and durable as the induction motor used
